Andre De Grasse Partners with ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï to Fundraise for Canada's Youth
Hundreds of supporters, along with local mayor Frank Scarpitti, gathered in Markham, Ontario to celebrate the official unveiling of Andre De Grasse Street. Named after , better known for being neck-and-neck with Usain Bolt in the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics where he became the only Canadian to win medals in all three sprint events at a single Games.
Since Andre’s rise to fame, it has been his mission to use his recent success as a platform to inspire youth to reach their own unique potential. Dedicated to that mission, Andre announced his launch of the Andre De Grasse Family Foundation (ADGFF), a charity committed to empowering the next generation of youth through sport and education with the goal of providing more opportunities for athletes and creating a healthier, more productive community.
