Overview

Online invoicing gives you the ability to accept online payments without needing a website. Add products and services or select them from your existing Converge Virtual Terminal product catalogue to create quotes and invoices, then email them to your customers. Once your customers select a quote, it automatically converts to an invoice so they can pay online. Once a customer pays, you both get emailed a receipt.

Customization

Customize the look and feel of your invoices with company information, logos, and themes. You can also change your email messaging, add discount amounts, and use custom fields on your invoices to add an extra personal touch.

Automatic Tax Calculation

Taxes are automatically calculated based on your business and your customer s location. If you need to customize tax settings or add tax regions, you can do that too.

When you send an invoice to a customer, they can view and click the payment button from any device. After they click the button, a payment page appears allowing them to confirm the payment.

Tokenization

Tokenization protects card data when it’s in use during a transaction or at rest. It replaces cardholder data with a unique token ID to be used for subsequent transactions (like instalment payments). So instead of storing card information on your system, you’re storing a token. This means if there was a data breach and the token was stolen, it would be useless to hackers because it can only be used in your merchant account.
